Back in the early 1900s, we imagine the land of today’s Crescent Bar was highly coveted by farmers for its access to water, unique soils and incredible terrain to make home. Decades passed, and this hidden oasis began an evolution into a recreation destination unlike any other in Central Washington.
Family adventurers seeking fun and sun brought a new energy to the region. Among those involved in the evolution of Crescent Bar, the Hadley family remains the most active developer in this location to this day.
For many years, the Hadley family created their own memories on the waters of the Columbia and has sought to create similar opportunities for others to enjoy owning a home and experiencing this special place for themselves.
After finding success with the beloved Sunserra development, Hadley Properties spent years acquiring the land that is now known as Crescent Ridge, with the vision of offering a new and elevated way of experiencing Crescent Bar: A modern, luxury, resort-inspired community.

Sabine Jacques is a veteran broker with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty and has called Crescent Bar home for over ten years. With a global perspective and years of industry experience, she seamlessly guides clients through the buying and selling process with precision and care.
Originally from Austria, Sabine began her career as a certified master watchmaker before transitioning into luxury sales with Cartier in London. These experiences deepened her understanding of working with discerning clients who expect excellence. As a top producing broker at RSIR, she has represented her clients in transactions on both sides of the Cascades.
A passionate advocate for community and leisure, Sabine and her family have embraced the serene beauty of Crescent Bar, where they spent a decade of weekends and holidays together. Now, she finds herself calling Crescent Bar home for the better part of the year. Immersed in the area’s stunning landscapes and vibrant lifestyle, she is dedicated to fostering local connections and enhancing the Crescent Bar experience for both residents and visitors.
